BREAKTHRU FITNESS POLICIES

POLICIES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2025



COMMITMENT DEADLINE

Breakthru Fitness Group Classes: Clients must confirm their attendance by 12 PM CST for Monday and Wednesday sessions and by 7 PM CST on Fridays for Saturday sessions. Clients can commit through Instagram (@breakthru_fit). If you do not have Instagram, no worries—please speak with a Breakthru coach! TO CANCEL, YOU MUST EMAIL MILWAUKEE@BREAKTHRUFIT.COM.
Please note that a cancellation fee, as outlined below, will be charged.

LATE SIGN-UP AND LATE POLICY
Breakthru Fitness Group Classes: No late sign-ups will be allowed after 12 PM CST for Monday and Wednesday sessions, or after 7 PM CST on Fridays for Saturday sessions.

Booty Builder/Small Group Training/Personal Training: No late sign-ups will be allowed 12 hours prior to the session.



5-MINUTE LATE POLICY
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to participate in any Breakthru Fitness session. This policy is in place to avoid disruptions and ensure your safety.



CANCELLATION FEES
In the case of non-commitment or late cancellation, the following fees will apply:
No-Show Fee: $20 (charged if you commit but do NOT show up and do NOT communicate with a coach prior to the class time).
Late Cancellation Fee: $10 (applied if you cancel after the specified class deadline, even with prior communication).
Note: All fees will be charged on your re-bill date.



EXCEPTIONS
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you have a legitimate reason for non-compliance with this policy, please promptly discuss your situation with a Breakthru coach.



FREE STRIKE ALLOWANCE
Life can be unpredictable, and we want to accommodate our members. Each member will be granted ONE FREE STRIKE under this policy. This means your first instance of non-compliance with the commitment or late cancellation policy will not result in a fee. Subsequent instances will be subject to the standard fees outlined above.



BILLING/GENERAL POLICIES
Billing Frequency: You will be billed every 4 weeks for your membership.
Membership Start Date: Your membership begins when you make your first payment.
Missed Sessions: Missed sessions will not be made up or refunded.



DISCONTINUATION POLICY
Notice Requirement: To discontinue your membership, email milwaukee@breakthrufit.com at least 30 days BEFORE your next billing cycle.
Billing Without Notice: Failure to provide the required 30-day notice will result in being billed for the upcoming month.



DOWNGRADE MEMBERSHIP POLICY
Notice Requirement: To downgrade your membership, email milwaukee@breakthrufit.com at least 30 days BEFORE your next billing cycle.
Billing Without Notice: Failure to provide the required 30-day notice will result in being billed for the upcoming month.



POLICY REVIEW
This policy will be periodically reviewed to ensure its effectiveness and fairness. Any updates will be communicated in advance via email.
