On Mondays & Wednesdays, we isolate the upper body. Expect focused strength training targeting the chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and core.
MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS (6:30 AM)
On Tuesdays & Thursdays, we isolate the lower body with a big focus on the glutes. Expect strength training that targets the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves for powerful, sculpted results.
