Group Training to Build Your Strongest Self
Breakthru is a group training class designed to take you from where you are to the STRONGEST version of yourself (inside and out!!).
On Mondays and Wednesdays, we focus on full-body strength and conditioning, blending targeted strength training for the upper and lower body with impactful conditioning work.
MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS (6:00 PM)
On Saturdays, we turn up the pace with full-body conditioning workouts. Expect a quicker tempo and dynamic movements designed to leave you feeling energized.
SATURDAYS (9:00 AM)
We focus on what works. Our progressive overload techniques are the fastest, most effective way to build and maintain full-body strength.

What to Expect in Each Class
We start together to prepare for the movements of the day and get mentally and physically primed.
Team Warm-Up & Demo (10 mins)
Strength Training in Groups (20-25 MINS)
Team Conditioning & Core (10-15 MINS)
TEAM Cooldown & Recovery (5 mins)
Break into smaller strength groups where we focus on building functional strength through targeted lifts.
We reunite as a team for a high-energy conditioning and core finisher that tests limits, builds endurance, and strengthens camaraderie.
Stretch and mobility exercises to help prevent injury and ensure readiness for your next session.
