UPCOMING SCHEDULE 

BACKYARD 1.0

Tabata 

Touchdowns: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off (x4)

Hand Release Push-ups: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off (x4)

Burpees: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off (x4)

90º Sit-ups: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off (x4)

*Repeat each pair of movements 4x before moving on to the next movement

BACKYARD 2.0

Pyramid Circuit (Steak and Potatoes)

*10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1-DONE

10 Squat Jumps

10 Push-Ups

10 V-ups (modification - Toe Touches)

Repeat until you make it to 0 reps for everything


BACKYARD 3.0

AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) Challenge


10 1 ¼ Prisoner Squats

10 Plank to Push-ups

10 Walking Lunges (per leg)

10 Tricep Dips (using a sturdy chair or bench)


Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

This guest pass not only allows you to introduce someone to our empowering and motivating bootcamp community but also provides an opportunity for you both to work towards your fitness goals together. Whether you want to bring a workout buddy for that extra boost of encouragement or simply share the experience, our guest pass feature adds value to your membership, making your fitness journey even more rewarding. So, grab your guest and join us for an exhilarating and empowering workout session.

To Redeem: 
Email us breakthrumke@gmail.com or Instagram (@breakthru_fit) message us 48 hours prior to bootcamp. 

In your message include the following information: 
Guest Name, Guest Email Address, Guest Instagram Handle & Bootcamp Date

*Guest Must Arrive 15 minutes prior to class time. 
*Limit One (1) Guest Pass Per Person. Guest Must Be New to Breakthru Bootcamp.
